Diego “Daeo” Estolano
Art Director, Senior Designer, and Illustrator specializing in licensed consumer products, packaging, apparel, and collectibles. With experience at Funko and Super7, I've spent more than a decade creating products that bring some of the world's most recognizable entertainment brands to life.
Throughout my career, I've designed everything from premium collector packaging and apparel to brand identities and entirely new product lines. My work has given me extensive experience collaborating with licensors, guiding products through development, and balancing creative storytelling with the practical realities of manufacturing and retail.
Most recently, as Senior Designer at Super7, I focused on creating thoughtful, collector-focused packaging with the unboxing experience always in mind. Before that, I spent several years at Funko helping shape apparel, packaging, and ancillary products while working closely with cross-functional teams from concept through production.
Originally from San Diego, I've lived and worked across the U.S. before recently relocating to London with my wife and our two Pomeranians. Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring new cities, collecting retro games and toys, eating Dole Whip at Disneyland, or drawing inspiration from the pop culture that first made me want to become a designer.
